Viewing Images Using Your Computer Beelden bekijken met uw computer
De camcorder op uw computer
aansluiten met de USB kabel
– voor Windows gebruikers
Zorgen dat uw computer de
camcorder herkent
Bandopnamen weergeven via uw
computer
Zie blz. 213 voor aanwijzingen over het
weergeven van “Memory Stick” beelden met uw
computer (niet voor de DCR-TRV16E/TRV116E).
U zult het PIXELA ImageMixer programma
moeten installeren om uw video-opnamen weer
te geven op uw computerscherm. Installeer dit
programma vanaf de CD-ROM die bij uw
camcorder is meegeleverd.
Om dit programma te installeren onder
Windows 2000 Professional, moet u zijn
aangemeld als Power User of beheerder.
Onder Windows XP Home Edition/Professional
moet u zijn aangemeld als beheerder.
(1)Schakel uw computer in en wacht totdat
Windows gestart is.
Als u de computer al gebruikte, sluit u dan
eerst alle andere programma’s die geopend
zijn.
(2)Plaats de bijgeleverde CD-ROM in het CD-
ROM station van uw personal computer.
Het toepassingsprogramma start en het
openingsscherm moet nu verschijnen. Als het
openingsscherm niet verschijnt, dubbelklikt u
dan op “Deze computer” en vervolgens op
“ImageMixer” (van het CD-ROM station).
Dan verschijnt na enkele ogenblikken het
scherm van het toepassingsprogramma.
(3)Plaats de cursor op de regel “PIXELA
ImageMixer” en klik er op.
Het Install Wizard installatieprogramma start
en toont een “Select Settings Language”
scherm.
(4)Kies de taal voor de installatie.
(5)Volg de aanwijzingen op het scherm.
Het installatiescherm verdwijnt wanneer de
installatie is voltooid.
(6)Klik op “DirectX”.
Volg de aanwijzingen op het scherm om het
“DirectX” programma te installeren.
Wanneer de installatie van het DirectX
programma voltooid is, start u de computer
opnieuw op.
(7)Sluit de netspanningsadapter aan op uw
camcorder.

Refer to page 213 for details on viewing
“Memory Stick” images on your computer
(except DCR-TRV16E/TRV116E).
You need to install PIXELA ImageMixer to view
images recorded on a tape. Install it from the CD-
ROM supplied with your camcorder.
To install and use this software in Windows 2000
Professional, you must be authorised as Power
Users or Administrators. For Windows XP Home
Edition/Professional, you must be authorised as
Administrators.
(1)Turn on your computer and allow Windows
to load.
If you are using your computer, close all
running applications.
(2)Insert the supplied CD-ROM into the CD-
ROM drive of your computer.
The application software starts up and the
title screen appears. If the application
software title screen does not appear, double-
click “My Computer” and then “ImageMixer”
(CD-ROM Drive). The application software
screen appears after a while.
(3)Move the cursor to “PIXELA ImageMixer”
and click.
The Install Wizard programme starts up and
the “Select Settings Language” screen
appears.
(4)Select the language for installation.
(5)Follow the on-screen messages.
The installation screen disappears when
installation is complete.
(6)Click DirectX.
Follow the on-screen messages to install
DirectX.
When the installation of DirectX is complete,
restart the computer.
(7)Connect the AC power adaptor to your
camcorder.
