Preparing a Power

Charge the rechargeable battery before using

it for the ﬁrst time or when it is depleted. To

maintain the original battery capacity longer,

charge the battery only when it is completely

depleted.

Since the supplied USB cradle is for this

player only, you cannot charge other model

using this cradle.

Operations can be done on the player or the

remote while charging.

Slide and open the battery

compartment lid in the direction of

the arrow.

Insert the rechargeable battery.

Close the lid.

Connect the AC power adaptor to

the USB cradle and the AC power

adaptor to a wall outlet.

Place the player on the USB cradle

and push it in ﬁrmly.

Make sure that the CHG lamp on the

player lights up.
