Option
Description
First Name, Last Name
The person's first and last name.
Company
The name of the company where the person works.
Address, City, State, Zip
Code
The person’s address.
Memo
Any additional information you need for this
person.
Home
The person’s home area code and telephone
number.
Business
The person’s business area code and telephone
number.
Fax
The person’s area code and fax number.
Pager
The person’s area code and pager number.
Cellular
The person’s area code and cellular telephone
number.
Data
The person’s area code and data number.
E-Mail Address
The person’s e-mail address.
Country
The country code you need to dial when calling
this person.
Select...
Lets you select a picture to help you visually
identify the entry in the Phone Book.
Clear
Changes the picture you selected back to the
default picture of a telephone.
Other Phones...
Lets you provide additional telephone numbers for
this person.
Caller ID...
Lets you assign or change a Caller ID for this
person.
Groups...
Lets you assign or change Group membership for
this person.
The fax and data fields must be filled In if you want to send-a fax or-data, even if the fax or
data number is the same as the regular phone number.
