Sound Adjustment

You can have the built-in sound play while

exchanging discs during CD playback.

1 Press PARTY.

2 Press the PARTY MODE button you

want.

You can select from SAMBA, ROCK,

DISCO, BALLAD and TECHNO.

To adjust the sound level

1 Press and hold down PARTY while Party

Mode is activated.

2 Press M/m to adjust the sound level.

3 Press ENTER.

To cancel Party Mode

Press PARTY again.

Tips

• You can activate Party Mode in other functions.

• You can listen to a single bar during CD playback.

• You can activate Party Mode directly by pressing the

PARTY MODE button.

Press SURROUND repeatedly to select the

surround mode you want.

The surround effect name appears.

See the chart “Surround effect options”.

Note

If you choose other sound effects, the surround effect

will be canceled. To retain the effect, store it in a

personal file (see “Selecting the audio emphasis effect”

on page 18).
