Error messages
Error message Cause/Remedy
電池電量低 You cannot format the memory or erase all the les in a folder
because of insucient battery power. Prepare new batteries to
replace the current one.
電量不足 Batteries are exhausted. Replace the old batteries with new
ones. Or charge the rechargeable batteries or replace the old
rechargeable batteries with new ones.
記憶體已滿 The remaining memory capacity of the IC recorder is
insucient. Erase some messages before recording.
檔案已滿 When there are already 999 messages in the selected folder or
the total number of the le stored in the IC recorder becomes
maximum, you cannot record a new message. Erase some
messages before recording a message.
檔案損毀 You cannot play or edit messages, because the data of the
selected le is damaged.
格式錯誤 The IC recorder cannot be turned on using the computer
because there is no copy of the control le required for
operation. Format the IC recorder using the formatting
function in the menu.
操作錯誤 The IC recorder failed in memory access. Remove and then
re-insert the batteries.
Save a backup copy of your data and format the IC recorder
using the menu.
